Open to Manager or Analyst level, the role involves leading regional benchmarking, building reward frameworks, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership in a fast-moving tech environment across APAC/EMEA, including India exposure.

Qualifications

• Specialist in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience in the technology sector.
• Regional C&B experience across APAC or EMEA; India exposure a plus.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with market survey data.
• Experience designing grading frameworks, increment models, or bonus and commission plans.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Manager level: proven end-to-end C&B project leadership.
• Analyst level: strong analytical capability; leadership not required.

Our client is a fast-growing technology company scaling across Asia. They are strengthening their people function and are looking for an analytically strong Compensation & Benefits professional to shape how they reward talent across the region.

About the role

This is a strategic, analytics-focused C&B role, not a payroll or HR operations position. You will design the frameworks behind how the company grades, pays, rewards and incentivises its people, and you will put recommendations directly to senior leadership.

The client is open to hiring at either Manager or Analyst level, depending on experience level.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build grading structures and salary bands across the region
• Analyse and recommend regional increment and merit approaches
• Design performance tracking frameworks and link them to reward outcomes
• Build commission and bonus structures
• Develop compensation proposals and business cases for senior management
• Lead market benchmarking and survey analysis
• Provide C&B input into the upcoming HRMS implementation
• Review and approve payroll outputs in partnership with the payroll team

Requirements

• Specialist experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
• Experience in the technology sector
• Regional C&B experience across APAC or EMEA. Exposure to India is an advantage
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with comfort using market survey data
