Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in structuring education programs and delivering training in MedTech.
Experience managing speakers and projects with multiple streams.
Strong learning design and technology integration knowledge.
Must be able to travel to other countries as needed.
Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Report to Director of Clinical Education, APAC.
Develop education strategies to engage orthodontists, pediatric dentists and GP across profiles and drive adoption of digital tools.
Design onboarding education for new doctors across platforms including digital.
Design growth program education for existing providers across digital platforms.
Partner with marketing to support product launches through education, content and events.
Develop educational tools and materials with agencies.
Lead and manage the execution of clinical education projects.
Design and provide internal training for related products to enhance knowledge.
