Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Clinical Education Manager in APAC/Malaysia to design and execute clinical education projects, develop EdTech tools, and create education assets for product launches across digital platforms.

You will lead education strategies for orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and general practitioners, coordinating with marketing and external agencies to drive adoption and improve education effectiveness.

Qualifications

8+ years in structuring education programs and delivering training in MedTech.
Strong understanding of learning design and technology within a learning strategy.
Proven project management skills with multi-stream coordination.
Excellent communication and collaboration with regional and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Report to Director of Clinical Education, APAC.
Develop education strategies to engage orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and general practitioners for adoption of digital treatment planning tools.
Design education for onboarding new doctors across platforms, including digital channels.
Design growth program education and continuous education for existing providers across digital platforms.
Collaborate with marketing to support product launches through education content, assets and events.
Develop educational tools and materials with agencies.
Lead the execution of clinical education projects assigned.
Provide internal training on related products to enhance clinical and product knowledge.
