Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to manage supplier invoices, match them to POs/GRNs, and reconcile statements. The role requires 1–2 years of AP experience or fresh graduates with strong Excel skills.

You will maintain AP records, prepare payment schedules, assist in month-end closing, and use our accounting system. Familiarity with LHDN e-Invoice is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field.
1–2 years AP experience; fresh graduates welcome.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
Attention to detail with strong follow-up.
Familiar with LHDN e-Invoice is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and match against POs and GRNs.
Reconcile supplier statements of account.
Prepare payment schedules and follow up on approvals.
Maintain accurate AP records in the accounting system.
