Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to manage supplier invoices, match them to POs/GRNs, and reconcile statements. The role requires 1–2 years of AP experience or fresh graduates with strong Excel skills.

You will maintain AP records, prepare payment schedules, assist in month-end closing, and use our accounting system. Familiarity with LHDN e-Invoice is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years AP experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail with strong follow-up.
• Familiar with LHDN e-Invoice is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and match against POs and GRNs.
• Reconcile supplier statements of account.
• Prepare payment schedules and follow up on approvals.
• Maintain accurate AP records in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end closing.
