AccountStaff in Malaysia seeks an accounting professional to manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting tasks. The role emphasizes high-volume vendor invoice processing, matching, and expense handling, with ERP experience preferred.

The successful candidate will support month-end close, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting/finance.
• 1–4 years of AP experience; AR exposure is a plus.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of reconcilations, month-end processes, and internal controls.

Mansioni

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with verification, coding and approval workflow.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of POs, goods receipts and invoices.
• Handle trade and non-trade supplier invoices and employee expenses.
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile vendor statements.
• Support AP/AR month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Maintain vendor master data and assist internal audits.
