Job summary

Hitachi Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Professional to support finance operations, drive timely invoice processing, collections, and compliance with internal controls.

You will collaborate with business units, customers, suppliers, and shared service teams to manage AP and AR processes, ensure accurate payments, account reconciliations, and effective dispute resolution, in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance function.
• Experience within a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities including invoice processing and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Collaborate with business units, customers, suppliers, and shared service teams.
• Support internal controls and financial policies and drive process improvements.
