Job summary

Hitachi Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Professional to support and enhance our finance operations.

This role focuses on timely invoice processing, payment execution, reconciliation, collections, and strong governance in a multinational setting. You will work closely with business units, suppliers, customers, and shared service teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in AP/AR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance function.
• Good understanding of AP and AR processes, controls, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and payment runs.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances with customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate posting and reconciliation.
• Provide support for documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
