Job summary

Quantios (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, revenue booking, and debt collection across our multi-entity operations in Malaysia.

You will ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and proper tax treatment, working with the License team and CFO on payment and billing matters. The role requires a Finance Diploma or Accounting degree, 1+ year of relevant experience, and strong proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365

Qualifications

• Finance diploma or accounting degree.
• 1+ year of billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition and VAT/GST concepts as applied to invoicing.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy given financial and legal implications of billing.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Management — issue invoices promptly, verify terms, and monitor renewals.
• Revenue Booking — update system for ARR/CARR movements.
• Debt Collection — send statements and follow up on overdue payments.
• Customer Data Management — keep customer information accurate in the system.
• Bank Reconciliation — reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
• License Issuance Notification — notify License team after bank reconciliation.
• Month-End Closing — support AR-related month-end closing and reporting.
• Audit Support — provide documentation and support for audits.
• Cash Receipt Forecasting — forecast cash receipts and update forecast reports.
