Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Accounts Receivables / Billing specialist in Malaysia. The role focuses on pricing and invoicing, generating invoices, and ensuring timely billing to clients across APAC and World Courier networks.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in Finance/Billing, familiarity with SAP, Nova TMS, and vendor/payable processes, and may hold CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent. Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred; this is a full-time on-site position in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts or Billing.
• Experience in pricing and invoicing; ability to meet client deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP and Nova TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns pricing and invoicing, invoice generation and ensure invoices are sent on time.
• Complete domestic & international shipment pricing daily per quotation.
• Reconcile Nova TMS and SAP customer billing and post collection receipts.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes on invoices; follow up on payments.
