Job summary

ISCA Cares Limited is seeking an experienced finance professional to support our Finance team in Malaysia. The role covers accounts payable, payment processing, customer billing, and general office administration to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

You will collaborate with Business Partners and internal stakeholders, coordinate approvals, maintain records, and assist with month-end closing and audits. At least 5 years of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable, finance administration or executive support.
• Experience working in multi-entity organisations and multinational corporations (MNCs) would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with Oracle Netsuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and payments: support approvals, process payments, maintain records.
• Customer billing and Business Partner support: issue billings and respond to queries.
• Office administration: support Malaysia office operations and facilities.
• General finance and administrative support: assist month-end closing, audits, and ad hoc projects.
