Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Associate to manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reconciliation. The role involves daily AP/AR duties, assisting with system upgrades, and close collaboration with the finance team and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, at least 3 years of AP/AR experience, and strong Excel/Word skills. Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivables.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, customer-centric focus with internal/external partners.
• Strong work ethic, professional attitude, reliable.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability; thrives in a changing and/or fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparing, reviewing, monitoring, and managing the work of AP/AR transactions.
• Assist and support system upgrades, troubleshooting, testing and documentations of processes, collaborate with vendors resolving system issues.
• Reconcile AP/AR aging for Non-Trade and work with settlement team to clean up Trade transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers for payment cycle time.
• Assist in GL team when necessary.
• Maintain, process and reconcile all Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables timely, accurately and ensure completeness of records.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners and stakeholders resolving issues and escalate if needed.
• Maintain and update all journal entries and perform month end closing and audits.
