Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst for Settlement & Operations to perform end-to-end settlement activities, validate data, post into system, and monitor daily processes. You will ensure accuracy, escalate issues, and maintain documentation.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or finance operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with settlement systems such as SAGE and ERP platforms. A stable, detail-oriented performer is ideal.

# Analyst, *Settlement & Operations*Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaPermanent#### Duties & Responsibilities* RESPONSIBILITIES* 1) Daily Settlement Operations* Perform end-to-end settlement activities including data validation, payment file generation, reconciliation, and posting into SAGE.* Monitor settlement reports to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies before settlement execution.* Execute manual settlement processes during contingency scenarios to meet SLA requirements.* Ensure all settlement records, supporting documents, and approvals are properly maintained.* Follow up on payment, invoice & supporting document from Finance/ Customer (if require)* 2) System & Process Monitoring* Monitor SAGE, bank portals, SFTP connections, and internal systems for any failures or delays.* Escalate system issues to Technology/Tech Support teams (internal & external vendors) and follow up until closure.* Validate completeness of system-generated files (payment files, invoice postings, reconciliation outputs).* 3) Reporting & Documentation* Prepare daily settlement status updates, issue logs, and SLA monitoring reports.* Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.* Maintain SOPs, workflow documents, and contingency playbooks.* 4) Risk & Control Management* Ensure settlement activities follow internal controls, compliance standards, and audit requirements.* Perform data validation checks to prevent duplicate settlements or incorrect payouts.* Highlight potential operational risks and propose mitigation plans.#### Requirements* 1. Possess Diploma/Degree or professional qualification from recognized institution specializing in Business Administration or Finance Logistics or Supply Chain or related Professional Certification.* 2.
