Job summary

Qaaf Resources Sdn. Bhd invites a results-driven Process Improvement Specialist to evaluate and optimize business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into practical IT solutions across SAP, Qlik Sense and GIS projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and deliver measurable improvements. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process optimization and IT-enabled improvements.
• Ability to gather, analyse and translate requirements into actionable IT solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP projects, Qlik Sense and GIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and develop optimization strategies.
