• Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modelling and documentation.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and SDLC.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA and Confluence.
• BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA) are advantageous.
