Qualifications

• Experience in business process optimization and IT-enabled improvements.
• Ability to gather, analyse and translate requirements into actionable IT solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP projects, Qlik Sense and GIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on SAP, Qlik Sense, GIS and IT advancements to automate systems.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Perform requirements analysis and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
• Gather essential information from stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Collaborate with clients, technicians and management to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Perform user acceptance testing and monitor project delivery.
• Manage projects, develop plans and monitor performance.
