Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to drive unsold residential units for our Perak project. You will prospect, present, view properties and close deals, while building robust client relationships and CRM data.

Ideal candidates have proven sales results in real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for viewings, with a diploma or degree in any discipline (real estate qualification a plus).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential property sales or a related sales role.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian property market, particularly Perak.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Present property features, benefits and investment potential to prospective buyers in a compelling manner.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits for interested clients, highlighting key selling points of unsold units.
• Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries and concerns throughout the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
