Job summary

One East Development Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated sales professional to join our property sales team. If you’re a driven individual aiming to excel, we want to hear from you.

You will engage with potential customers, conduct property viewings, and participate in launches and events, while following up on leads to convert them into sales. The role requires 2–3 years of property sales experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to work weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactive engage with potential customers and understand their property requirements and provide relevant information about our projects.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our projects.
• Actively participate in property launches, roadshows, events, other marketing activities and sales gallery duties.
• Closely follow-up with potential customers and efficiently arrange appointments.
• Monitor and track the entire sales process from initial lead to successful final conversion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers to increase customer base and foster loyalty.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 - 3 years of property sales experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills. You should be a motivated, results-oriented, and proactive team player who can also work independently to meet sales goals.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Others: Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays and have own transportation.
