Job summary

Klanggroup in Malaysia is hiring for a Residential Sales position. You will assist in launching upcoming project sales, perform sales activities such as video content and live demos, and drive lead generation.

You will present to walk-in customers and follow up inquiries through calls, messages, and social platforms. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and a minimum two years in residential sales for senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher as a minimum
• 1 year in residential sales is an advantage
• Senior Executive requires 2+ years in residential sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing upcoming project sales launches and perform sales activities such as short videos and live broadcasts
• Propose and implement effective sales strategies to generate more leads
• Perform sales presentations to walk-in customers and actively follow up on inquiries via calls, messaging and social media
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events to attract prospects and close deals to meet monthly sales targets
• Follow up with purchasers to ensure smooth execution of SPAs and loan agreements, liaise with credit control & marketing
• Carry out market research on new projects and report findings to Management
• Routine to be stationed at the sales gallery as per duty roster
• Other duties as assigned by management
