Pillbox Pharmacy, an established airport retail pharmacy group in Malaysia, is hiring Pharmacy Assistants at Subang Airport. The role involves helping travellers with healthcare needs, recommending products, supporting pharmacists, and handling cashiering and inventory in a fast-paced airport setting.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The position offers full-time permanent work with rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, plus monthly salary and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare, wellness, and over-the-counter product enquiries
• Recommend suitable healthcare products based on customers' needs
• Support Pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately
• Receive, replenish, and organize inventory
• Ensure products are well displayed and the store remains clean and organized
• Assist with promotional activities and merchandising
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment
