Job summary

KEMPAS VIEWS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists in dispensing medications, handling prescriptions, and delivering accurate patient information. Qualifications

Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of related experience in a pharmacy setting.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay, and work independently.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients.
Receive and verify prescriptions from customers.
Provide accurate information to patients about medications and over-the-counter products.
Label and package prescriptions according to regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and transactions.
Process payments and handle cash register transactions.
Stock shelves, check for expired medications, and manage inventory levels.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
