Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is expanding its Malaysia-wide network and seeks a friendly Pharmacy Retail Sales Assistant to help customers, educate on health products, and ensure attractive product displays in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy retail preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and explain product information.
• Willingness to learn inventory practices (FEFO/FIFO).

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, provide product information, help them find items, and advise on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and display using FEFO and FIFO for inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries, and assist in stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring to the pharmacy team when needed.
• Attach price tags, stay updated on promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the till with receipts.
