Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with sale of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, answer queries, and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Stock management and transfer.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
