Job summary

Pillbox Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Executive to join our team at Subang Airport. This full-time position offers a salary of RM1,800 – RM2,800 per month, along with commissions and performance bonuses.

As a Pharmacy Executive, your responsibilities will include assisting customers with health inquiries, supporting pharmacists, and ensuring a well-organized store. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Retail, pharmacy, healthcare, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare, wellness, and over-the-counter product enquiries.
• Recommend suitable healthcare products based on customers' needs.
• Support Pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations.
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately.
• Ensure products are well displayed and the store remains clean and organized.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare, wellness, and over-the-counter product enquiries
• Recommend suitable healthcare products based on customers' needs
• Support Pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately
• Receive, replenish, and organize inventory
• Ensure products are well displayed and the store remains clean and organized
• Assist with promotional activities and merchandising
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment

Job Requirements

• Retail, pharmacy, healthcare, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
