Job summary
BIG Pharmacy in Malaysia is expanding and seeks a Pharmacy Assistant to provide professional pharmaceutical care and customer service. You will assist the pharmacist with dispensing, stock management, and merchandising while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor in Pharmacy is preferred; candidates without related qualifications may be considered as Sales Assistant. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia are required; Mandarin is a plus.
Qualifications
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with strong customer service mindset.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and service in pharmaceutical care and health/beauty products.
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing drugs and other duties.
- Be an ambassador of BIG Pharmacy with excellent customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in product selection and upselling.
- Ensure stock integrity, stock display, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in goods receiving, replenishment, and stock take.
- Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
