Job summary

R Pharmacy (Pastel Care Sdn Bhd) in Puchong is hiring a Personal Care Assistant to support daily outlet operations, achieve sales targets, and provide friendly, customer-focused service.

You will recommend suitable products, handle cash and POS transactions, maintain displays and stock, assist with replenishment and deliveries, and keep the outlet clean and presentable. Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily outlet operations and sales targets.
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays, pricing and stock availability.
• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and inventory.
• Keep the outlet clean, organised and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
