Job summary

You Pharmacy Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor seeks a dedicated Sales Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant to support store operations, customer service and product knowledge in a full-time role.

You will handle sales, stock, cash transactions and merchandising while delivering excellent service. Entry-level applicants are welcome and training is provided to help you grow within a dynamic, community-focused pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, particularly in healthcare/pharmacy.
• Entry level staff are welcome and can be trained.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support for a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with sale of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, answer queries and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at You Pharmacy Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor (USJ TAIPAN, SS14 and Bandar Puteri Puchong) And Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of store operations, from sales and inventory management to customer engagement and product knowledge.

What you'll be doing

• Providing customer service and support, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Assisting with the sale of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, answering customer queries, and providing product recommendations
• Maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitoring and replenishing stock levels to ensure the availability of products
• Stock Management and transfer
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
