Job summary

Worldwide Aviation Agencies Sdn Bhd is seeking an airline ticketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage ticketing processes and customer service. You will handle bookings, changes, and inquiries, ensuring accurate ticketing and smooth operations with travel partners.

The role requires GDS experience, strong fare construction knowledge, and Mandarin proficiency to serve a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in airline ticketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of airline fare construction and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Issue, re-issue, and exchange airline tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding flight bookings, changes, and inquiries.
• Manage reservations and ensure all ticketing information is up-to-date.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to ticketing and bookings.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Stay updated on airline fare rules, regulations, and promotions.
• Collaborate with travel agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
