Job summary

Adinas Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a results-driven sales professional with at least 2 years in the airline/travel industry to grow corporate accounts and expand partnerships.

You will execute sales strategies, build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients, and present products at events. Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills are essential; MS Office proficiency and airline reservation systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Based in Pulau Pinang (PEN).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in airline, travel, or tourism.
• Strong network and established relationships within the travel trade.
• Proven ability to develop corporate accounts and long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with airline reservation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, networking and trade engagement.
• Conduct regular sales visits, presentations and negotiations to secure accounts.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support commercial decisions.
• Promote airline products, services and campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.
• Represent the airline at trade exhibitions, industry events and customer meetings.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
