Job summary

Adinas Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a seasoned sales professional to develop corporate accounts and expand the network within the airline and travel industry. You will manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive revenue growth.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in travel, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and market share targets.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other key business partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and trade engagement.
• Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and business negotiations to secure new and existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing market insights to support commercial decisions.
• Promote the airline's products, services, and promotional campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.
• Represent the airline at trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
