Job summary

Adinas Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an experiencedSales professional to drive airline, travel, and tourism sales. You will develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, strong networking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the airline, travel, or tourism industry.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and market share targets.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other key business partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and trade engagement.
• Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and business negotiations to secure new and existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing market insights to support commercial decisions.
• Promote the airline's products, services, and promotional campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.
• Represent the airline at trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
