Job summary

TP Malaysia is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Penang. You will assist customers with orders and inquiries via chat, phone and email, using your strong English and problem-solving skills.

If you have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, a typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy, and 6+ months of customer service experience (or you are a recent English/Communications graduate), you’ll fit well in a fast-paced global-brand environment with paid training and growth

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience or fresh graduates in English/Communications/Mass Comm
• Speak and write English (B2 level or higher) for local hiring
• Typing speed 40+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy
• Proficient with computers (MS Office, Windows) and basic tech
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field required
