Job summary

Feel Home Malaysia Sdn Bhd is offering an Internship in Property Management & Operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with daily Airbnb/Homestay operations, guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins/outs and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

The role provides hands-on training, exposure to property management systems, and opportunities for process improvements and future full-time employment based on performance. Fresh graduates and current students are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, Operations Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and students seeking internships are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp).
• Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude.
• Willing to assist with daily operations and property inspections.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
