Job summary

C.H. Robinson seeks a Senior Executive - Air Operations (Gateway) to lead gateway air freight consolidations and guide operational excellence. You will mentor staff, ensure SOP compliance, and drive data integrity across shipments from purchase order through delivery.

The role requires 3-5 years in global forwarding, strong MS Office skills, and collaboration with offices, agents, and customers to optimize throughput and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of global forwarding experience, preferably air freight.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• Proficient in Navisphere or carrier systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence for air shipments from PO to delivery.
• Prepare and assemble documentation for air shipments.
• Update Navisphere with accurate shipment data.
• Coach and train team on consolidations and SOPs.
• Collaborate with CHR offices, agents, and vendors to resolve issues.
