Job summary

You will measure and communicate results, coach staff, and drive continuous improvements in service levels and cycle times to meet business goals, while developing talent and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Global Forwarding, preferably ocean exports.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business and operational needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
