Job summary

OIA Global Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth air and ocean freight shipments, handling orders, transport arrangements, and customs clearance with strong organization and communication. You will work with airlines, agents and internal teams to maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in freight forwarding, knowledge of customs processes, and proficiency with CW1.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding
• Knowledge of customs declaration processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Proficiency with CW1 system; Chinese language preferred for client interactions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ocean freight shipments and processing customer orders
• Arrange transport and manage customs clearance
• Prepare airway bills and shipping documents in compliance with regulations
• Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, and service providers to secure cargo space and rates
• Monitor shipments, update customers on status, and maintain accurate shipment records
• Resolve clearance problems and support process improvements and new technologies
