Kanry Search in Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end air import and export shipments. You will coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents and transporters to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

Handle end-to-end air import and export shipments, from booking to job closure.

Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents and transporters to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare shipping documents, including AWB, customs declarations and pre-alerts.

Arrange airline bookings, trucking and customs clearance while monitoring shipment status.

Manage freight quotations, vendor costing, invoicing and billing (AP/AR).

Resolve shipment issues, respond to enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain accurate shipment records, ensure compliance and support daily operations.

About you

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in air freight forwarding, preferably in import/export operations.

Familiar with air freight documentation, customs clearance and shipment coordination.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
