ISCM LOGISTICS MALAYSIA SDN BHD is looking for an Air Freight & Logistics Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate air freight bookings and shipment schedules, liaising with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth cargo operations.

The role requires strong data entry, documentation skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Word and Excel is expected, along with good communication across languages.

Qualifications

• Experience in air shipment operations is preferred.
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
• Familiar with air freight booking procedures and shipment documentation.
• Good data entry and clerical skills.

About you

• Prior experience in air shipment operations is preferred
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred
• Familiar with air freight booking procedures and shipment documentation
• Experience in handling custom documents is an added advantage
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
