Job summary

Kanry Search in Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end air import and export shipments. You will coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents and transporters to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

The role requires knowledge of air freight documentation, customs clearance and shipment coordination, with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in air freight forwarding documentation preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end air import and export shipments from booking to closure.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents and transporters.
• Prepare shipping documents including AWB, customs declarations and pre-alerts.
• Arrange airline bookings, trucking and customs clearance while monitoring status.
• Manage freight quotations, vendor costing, invoicing and billing (AP/AR).
• Resolve shipment issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
