• Knowledge of airfreight import/export processes and documentation.
• Experience with freight forwarding systems and transportation management platforms.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipment files simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipment execution for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, transport providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, validate, and process airfreight and import/export documentation.
• Maintain compliant shipment files and monitor milestones and delays.
• Serve as the operational owner for shipment files and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customs and partners to deliver service excellence.
