The role focuses on tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers, and delivering exceptional customer service while building a strong network within the air freight community. You will collaborate with internal departments, prepare accurate reports, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in the Air freight industry.
• Knowledge of local and international governmental, customs, airlines and hazardous cargo regulations.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.

• An airfreight coordinator is primarily responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of air freight shipments, from booking to delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
