Job summary

American Air Filter Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.

in Malaysia seeks a Technical Engineer to provide technical service and support on product applications, trials, troubleshooting and consultation to customers and industry. Responsibilities include on-site setup, training for sales, consultants, engineers and end users; install and configure product applications; travel up to 25% overseas with short-notice; strong product knowledge and ability to explain sophisticated tech.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
1–2 years working experience in Air Filtration Equipment, Cleanroom or HVAC industry; fresh graduates welcome.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and planning skills.
Willingness to travel overseas up to 25% on short notice.

Responsibilities

Provide technical service and support on product applications, trials, troubleshooting and consultation.
Install and configure product applications; deliver product training to sales, consultants, engineers and end users.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions; translate complex tech to non-technical users.
Travel to plan sites for startup, integration and training services; on-site setup and commissioning.
