Job summary

WIZ.AI in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven professional to design and deliver AI Talkbot solutions for large enterprise clients. You will lead presales discussions, shape solution scope, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful on-site delivery.

This role emphasizes customer success, managing change requests, training, and ongoing adoption analysis to minimize churn and maximize value.

Qualifications

Experience in consulting, account management, software project management or solution-related work.
Strong ability to create value for customers and quickly understand the product and customer systems.
Excellent communication with customers, partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end customer journey from presales requirements gathering to delivery and success.
Design AI Talkbot solutions for large enterprise customers and align capabilities with customer needs.
Define scope and interface between company products and customer systems.
Lead project management for delivery and on-site integration.
Maintain regular client engagement through quarterly reviews and product training.
Manage change requests and incident responses per SLA.
Analyze usage data and metrics to improve product adoption and prevent churn.
Identify gaps between expectations and performance and mobilize resources for optimization.
Upsell based on customer fit and growth stage.
