Job summary

Redtone in Malaysia seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and deployment of AI-driven and enterprise software solutions. You will be the primary customer-facing coordinator from kick-off through go-live, ensuring successful delivery and post-implementation stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and deployment of AI-driven and enterprise software solutions.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and manage risks.
• Configure and set up solutions, coordinate onboarding and deployment, and support data migration and integration.
• Conduct user training, develop guides and knowledge transfer materials, and promote product adoption.
• Coordinate go-live activities and ensure smooth transition to Support or Customer Success.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements and implementation playbooks.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
