WowSuite is hiring a hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to improve the commercial performance of ecommerce, lead-generation, subscription and telehealth funnels. You will use data, AI and experimentation to identify where funnels lose money and decide what to test next.

This AI-first role emphasizes research, analytics, and rapid testing. Copy and design skills are a bonus but not the main requirement; you will move from analysis to execution across mobile and desktop funnels.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO and full-funnel analysis.
• Background in ecommerce, lead gen, or digital growth.
• Proficient in A/B testing and structured experimentation.
• Ability to perform funnel and step-level conversion analysis.
• Track metrics like CVR, revenue per visitor, and AOV.
• Experience with traffic and geography segmentation.
• Proficient with GA4, PostHog, or OpenPanel.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with heatmaps and session recordings.
• AI-assisted research, analytics and reporting.
• Professional written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze full funnel from traffic to checkout and retention.
• Identify high-value conversions and constraints using data.
• Prioritize CRO testing backlog by commercial impact.
• Design and analyze structured A/B tests with hypotheses.
• Improve CVR, revenue per visitor, AOV, and checkout completion.
• Provide clear briefs to designers, copywriters and devs.
• Report test results, economic impact and next steps.
• Use AI for research, SQL, test ideas and reporting.
