Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in digital transformation projects.
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Automate is preferred.
Basic understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, and API-based integrations.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and design process improvements.
Work with technical teams to build AI/automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and related technologies.
