Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive professional to support information system needs across business areas. You will gather requirements, analyze and map them to capabilities, and work with architects and developers on solution design.

You will help document processes and guide AI-enabled projects, including GenAI chatbot improvements. Ideal candidates have AI experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and bridge business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in AI or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in AI including the use of pre-trained models and APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI).
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate business information.
• Willing to work at client office (KL city center) as required.
• Exposure to web or mobile app development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into business capabilities and functional needs.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, and identify gaps or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain key project documents (requirements, specifications, test plans, user guides).
• Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and high quality.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on solution design and PoC activities.
• Support GenAI chatbot development (document structuring, Q&A creation, accuracy improvement).
• Assist with documentation standards, taxonomy, and tagging for better AI and data usage.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, including training and communication support.
• Manage requirement changes, follow SDLC processes, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Use AI tools to assist in generating responsible deliverables. Validate content and ensure accuracy before releasing them to other stakeholders.
• Work with solution architects and developers to brainstorm high level solutions, support PoC activities, e.g. UI/UX mock-up, prototype.
