Job summary

Ms. Read, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Data Analyst to bridge raw data with executive decision-making. You will develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and oversee the Google BigQuery data lake, while building automated AI-assisted data workflows to streamline business reporting.

The role emphasizes data quality, stakeholder collaboration, and prompt engineering to deliver actionable insights and executive summaries from complex datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in BI, data analysis, dashboard development, and automation (preferred).
• Experience with data lakes, ETL pipelines, and cloud data warehousing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards for Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising and Finance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Google BigQuery data lake environments and data pipelines.
• Design, build, and optimize AI-assisted automated data workflows to streamline reporting.
• Audit daily data refreshes and reconcile report discrepancies across source systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to translate requirements into visual metrics and maintain data dictionaries.
