Job summary

Avanade Malaysia is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead AI and Copilot advisory work, translating business needs into actionable requirements and drive adoption across agile delivery teams. You will facilitate workshops, bridge between stakeholders, designers and engineers, and shape AI-enabled business processes with a focus on responsible AI practices.

7+ years of consulting and strong change management foundations are expected.

Qualifications

7+ years of consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or change.
Strong experience in Business Analysis within digital or technology environments.
Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in Agile delivery environments and tools.
Foundational understanding of organizational change management principles.
Familiarity with AI tools and applied use cases in business contexts, including M365 Copilot.

Responsibilities

Elicit, define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability.
Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and system specifications.
Facilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams.
Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and iterative delivery in Agile environments.
Lead change adoption activities, including readiness and stakeholder engagement.
