Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is seeking an AI & Automation Analyst to design, build and deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency across our business. You will identify manual, repetitive processes, and automate them using Python, RPA and low-code workflows.

This is a hands‑on power‑user role, with emphasis on practical tooling over heavy coding. You will collaborate with business users and vendors, ensure governance and security, and continuously explore AI/automation technologies to scale

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in CS/engineering.
Experience building automations with Python and no-code/low-code tools.
Understanding of RPA and agentic automation; power user of AI tools (LLMs).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
Good communication with business users and vendors.
Curious, self-driven mindset to keep learning as the technology evolves.

Responsibilities

Analyse processes to identify automation opportunities and boost efficiency.
Gather requirements from business users and translate into practical solutions.
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions using scripts and low-code tools.
Monitor and optimise live automations for reliability.
Create documentation, process flows and user guides.
Deliver AI-powered solutions, either hands-on or by coordinating with vendors, ensuring adoption and governance.
Research emerging AI and automation technologies to scale delivery.
